What was the highlight of LiVEMAX RESORT Atami Sea Front
Perfect location and clean rooms.
The view from our room was outstanding and the open air bath was really nice too.
We were on the 4th floor and traffic noise was pretty bad while you’re trying to enjoy a nice soak in your open air bath. For some reason we didn’t get any hot water from the sink until 2 hours before departing. I’m sure if I’d of mentioned it to staff that they would have fixed the issue though. Although the breakfast item choice was good, the staff could have been less micro managing the service. It felt they were watching your every move while you load your plate. But over all it was a good stay.

What was the highlight of LiVEMAX RESORT Atami Sea Front
Pleasant with a few cons.
The meals were good and the staff friendly and helpful.
That there was no carpark space available and the recommended coin parking area was more expensive than what we expected. We were told by the staff to park at a specific coin parking which would charge us ¥1700 for 16 hours but although we stayed way below 16 hours we had to pay over ¥2000 for parking. Proper information regarding car park would have been appreciated.

« Très décevant. »
Le personnel est très accueillant et visiblement compétent. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et de qualité.
Cette chambre n'est pas une "suite" : donnée pour 21 m2, j'ai mesuré la pièce principale à environ 10 m2, je ne suis même pas sûr qu'en ajoutant le couloir, le balcon et la salle de bain microscopique on arrive à 21. Impossible de tourner autour du lit tant la pièce est petite. Il y a effectivement une baignoire sur la terrasse mais l'hôtel est situé sur la rue principale du front de mer et le bruit de passage des voitures est incessant jusqu'à tard le soir, impossible de profiter d'un bain en toute sérénité. La piscine sur le toit était hors service. La "salle de bain" est réduite au minimum (un lavabo et une douche). Pas de table haute (pour une suite...) mais une sorte de petit comptoir. Et la poussière n'a pas dû être faite souvent sous le lit !

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht als große Entspannung und haben uns von der Ausstattung mehr erhofft. Der Preis war für das Gebotene dann doch deutlich zu hoch.
